DPS Facilities Management can review current waste management, environmental control and management practices. We can update such procedures to assist companies in achieving either BS 5558 : 2003 Environmental Management or ISO 14001:2008 Environmental Management accreditation.
DPSFM employ both in house and sub-contract maintenance companies to ensure the proper maintenance of Fire and Security systems.
DPSFM ensure that mechanical heating and air conditioning systems are properly maintained and serviced to minimise any potential disruptions in service.
DPSFM will assess the maintenance requirements for the building fabric – painting, cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, rainwater goods maintenance etc. Having ascertained requirements DPSFM will employ either sub-contract or in-house personnel to carry out a specified programme of building fabric maintenance.
DPSFM can provide landscape gardeners to maintain landscaped areas, car park management services, hard surface cleaning services or other services as appropriate.
DPSFM operate a 24 hour, 365 day a year help desk to respond to any facilities issues that might arise.
Where a building involves multiple tenancies DPSFM can provide full rent collection and retrieval services.
